Life Cycle Management.

Catalog description

This course covers the management of complex technical products during all phases of the product life cycle, but primarily after the product has been launched into the market. Specifically includes understanding customer needs, product design and packaging, product evolution and upgrades, and management of product development. Case studies are used extensively to better understand life cycle management and related issues. This is a hybrid course (>50% online) with distance-learning lectures and Canvas assignments. Prerequisites: Graduate student standing in the PCSP program or permission by instructor.
