Catalog description

This course explores the theory and practice of leadership from the perspective of executive decision-makers guiding organizational change. Students examine core leadership concepts and contemporary frameworks, applying them to real-world contexts across diverse industries. Through case studies, self-assessment exercises, and a personalized leadership development project, participants learn how to analyze leadership theories, enhance self-awareness, and develop strategic approaches to motivating, influencing, and aligning others toward organizational goals.
