Residency I.

Catalog description

The first residency course, each student will complete a comprehensive self-assessment to explore their professional skills, strengths, motivation, and teamwork skills. This course is divided into two parts. Part A include completing and reviewing feedback reports from asynchronous on-line self-assessment tools. Part B is a live, all-day session including faculty lectures, alumni presentations, interactive panels, and group projects designed to strengthen content immersion, team development, project management foundations, and networking skills.
