Catalog description

Students examine Japanese culture and society through readings, videos, conversations on Japanese cultural behaviors and social issues. The emphasis is on developing critical thinking as well as proficiency of 4-skills in Japanese language at the intermediate level. Prerequisite: JAPN 011B with a "C-" or better or permission of instructor. ( GE1C , GEWE )
