Catalog description

Students begin training in the basic language skills of understanding, speaking, reading and writing at the first semester level. A communicative and cultural approach is the focus and students with previous experience in French are initially placed in accordance with their linguistic proficiency. Placement is subject to continual re-evaluation. ( GE2A , GELN )
