Students will investigate the conditions of construction and the reproduction processes of gender and gender relations in business practice and leadership. What issues, such as pay equity, sexual harassment, and exclusion, do women face as business leaders? How do other factors that interact with gender, such as sexuality, race, and immigration status impact people's experiences in business organizations? How does gender as an analytical focus help us improve business practices?
