Catalog description

This course focuses on helping students build effective grant writing and fundraising skills used to create social change in diverse communities. Students will learn how to identify grants and fundraising opportunities, and then practice drafting grant proposals and fundraising campaigns with impact and purpose. Together, we will consider how feminist change makers tell the story of social change, progress, and justice through grant-writing and fundraising or philanthropy projects. Course assignments will allow students to hone an invaluable skill-set for change making enterprises. Open to any major.
