Catalog description

This course will heighten students' awareness of theory and research in decision making and conflict resolution with emphasis upon their personal goals, plus alternative methods of coping and conflict resolution. Students will be helped to apply principles of creative and critical thinking to their important issues. They will identify problems and match solutions according to their own and other's interest, needs and motivations. High levels class interaction, demonstrations and mini-lectures can be expected.
