Catalog description

A continuation of material introduced in Jazz I PAGE 152 . This course advances students’ technical and artistic development in jazz dance, emphasizing proper anatomical alignment and its application to both center work and traveling sequences. Students will refine their ability to quickly learn, retain, and perform increasingly complex jazz steps and combinations, strengthening their versatility and performance quality as jazz dance artists.
