Catalog description

The course aims to equip students with practical qualitative analytical skills essential for conducting research, ranging from conceptualization, design and data collection processes through data analysis. The intent of this course is to familiarize students with a variety of approaches to qualitative data collection and analysis such as ethnography and grounded theory, postmodern, phenomenological approaches, design thinking, case studies, interviews, participant observation, document and archival data analysis. This course will also help students become proficient in the use of qualitative data analysis statistical software package.
