Application for Evidence-Based Primary Health Care

Catalog description

This course builds on knowledge of evidence-based practice, primary health care, and the social determinants of health to create a foundation for translating evidence into practice for the Doctor of Nursing Practice project. The emphasis is on synthesis of epidemiologic data and evidence-based interventions for population specific outcomes to enhance the delivery of equitable, person-centered, primary health care.
