Catalog description

This course is designed to assist the student to gain proficiency in clinical and diagnostic reasoning across the lifespan. Using an evidence-based, equitable, person-centered, primary health care framework, the student will expand their knowledge and skills in focused history taking and physical assessment, diagnostic study interpretation, health promotion/disease prevention planning, and appropriate documentation. This skill set will enable the student to formulate and prioritize differential diagnoses consistent with advanced practice nursing.
