Producing the Live Stream

Catalog description

In this course, students will write, design, produce, direct and program live series that are produced for online media platforms. These program offerings will include short form content, long form content, live newsroom production, and field production applications. Through an applied learning method students learn all the stages involved in what it takes to develop an idea and bring it to air. Students gain both technical experience in production equipment and television facilities as well as the skills needed to be the leading producer and director.
