Advanced Issues in Criminal Law

Catalog description

This seminar will cover elected criminal law topics with a focus on computers as the subject, object or instrument of criminal action. Because this is a seminar, class participation is essential for interesting class sessions, and will count for 25% of your grade In addition, all students will write a final paper. Depending on whether the student wants the paper to satisfy the upper level writing requirement, the paper may be either 10-12 pages or 25 pages in length. There is no final examination.
