This course provides a comprehensive exploration of Agile methodologies, an iterative approach to software development. The curriculum delves into the core principles of the Agile Manifesto and examines the most prevalent frameworks. Key topics covered include the Agile Manifesto and its principles, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, the concept of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), agile requirements gathering with user stories, estimation and planning, Kanban and Lean principles, and Agile scaling. Working as teams, students will audit artifacts, document their findings, and provide feedback in a report, building a foundational understanding of Agile concepts that can be applied in various settings.
