Catalog description

This course covers methods for developing solutions to programming problems using object-oriented techniques with the Python language. The course covers the fundamental elements of object-oriented programming. Students will learn how to use classes and objects, and Python libraries such as NumPy (https://numpy.org/) to develop object-oriented solutions. Students will be introduced to the use of data structures in programs and the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language). Programming problem-solving is emphasized throughout.
