Catalog description
This course prepares the participant for a position as a Lifeguard. Restrictions/Requirements: Must pass a pre-course swimming skills test, which includes: Swimming 500 yards continuously front and back strokes; Swim 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet, retrieve a 10 pound object and return to a starting point.
