Intensive Review of ASL

Catalog description

An intensive review of ASL I and II, with the following learning objectives: focusing on meaning rather than individual signs during a conversation, confirming information by asking questions or using a sign in context, focusing on the whole rather than parts of the message, and participating in Deaf community events using ASL. Designed for students with existing knowledge of ASL, this one course with a passing grade satisfies the core language requirement.
