=This course analyzes behavioral aspects of individuals, teams, and their relationship towards organizations. The academic review includes perception and learning, the content and process theories of motivation, job design, intragroup and intergroup behavior, power and conflict, decision making in groups, and job satisfaction. Prerequisite: MGT 1003 Survey of Management.
