Catalog description

This course aims to provide students with the background knowledge and skills to make effective leaders in healthcare. The course will emphasize both theory and application of leadership principles, and students will cover topics such as qualities of effective leaders, team collaboration dynamics, and strategies for promoting change within healthcare. Students will advance their interpersonal communication skills, ethical and critical thinking skills, conflict resolution, and confidence throughout the course.
