Catalog description

The study of the effects of exercise on various systems of the body. The course will involve effects before, during and after exercise. Long-term results of exercise will also be included. Seventy-five-minute mandatory weekly laboratory experiences are included. Prerequisites: Junior standing and at least C- in all of the following courses: EXS-1003 Physical Activity and Health, HSC 2014 Fundamentals of Human Physiology and MTH 1104 Precalculus.
