Organizational Communication

Catalog description

This course introduces students to the analysis and application of the fundamental theories of organizational communication. It will focus on the effectiveness of group communication in various organizational settings. Students will explore the role communication plays in structuring, maintaining, and changing organizational contexts, as well as its effects on leadership, socialization, teamwork, and diversity issues.
