Catalog description

Provides an understanding of the causes of conflict in the workplace and the techniques for dealing with that conflict. Major emphasis is placed on learning and applying the Principled Negotiation Method as a tool of conflict resolution. Students learn how to negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts in ways that serve the long-term best interests of the organizaiton. Co-requisite: SUP 101
