Catalog description

Students in this course will study the relevant surgical anatomy and physiology, factors unique to surgical procedures, pathophysiology, supplies, equipment, and instrumentation needed for a variety of procedures. Surgical procedures covered will include the disciplines of neurology, vascular, cardiothoracic and pediatric surgical categories.
