Surgical Technology DP II

Catalog description

In this course, students will be in the clinical environment practicing and performing essential skills required in the perioperative environment. While under the supervision of a surgical technologist or RN the student will observe, scrub, and assist on procedures as directed by the surgical team. Each student will attend a weekly reflection period in addition to their clinical time.
