Catalog description

This course teaches the second semester of the 'First Year Cement Mason Apprenticeship Training Program'. This course will cover but not limit itself to the proper sue and care of specific cement mason tools and equipment, discussing where and why unions were formed and how working agreements between businesses and labor had to be written to protect both sides from taking advantage of each other's rights and a semester project.
