Catalog description

Review of abdominal/small parts anatomy and physiology. Examines of pathology of abdomen and small parts of patients with age specific comparisons. Correlation with other imaging modalities along with pertinent history and laboratory data is discussed. The necessary analytical skill of differential diagnosis needed in the clinical environment are emphasized. The interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships of the imaging department are discussed. Patient care management/assessment is included. Psychomotor objectives are achieved through clinical education activities. Co-requisite: NONE
