Familiarizes students with the various types of communications systems and equipment used in PSAPs, police, fire and EMS vehicles and by personnel under a variety of unique situations. Also covers rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of this equipment, requirements, procedures and rules established by the Federal Communications Commission. Co-requisite: NONE
