Introduction to the principles and theories of visual storytelling, using photography, video, visual design, and audio as a communication tool. Study of and practice in covering news. Exposure to law, ethics, career material and research as it applies to publishing visual materials. Use of social media tools will also be covered. Student work will be used for the Owens Outlook student newspaper. Co-requisite: NONE
