OTA Professional Practicum I

Catalog description

Students will participate in a traditional or community-based fieldwork setting. Community based methods of service delivery will be examined and critiqued. This course provides students with the opportunity to not only assess various situations, but also utilize their knowledge to demonstrate clinical reasoning. A multitude of classroom activities are designed to groom students for successful level I fieldwork completion.
