Catalog description

This course explores the concepts of quality and safety related to patient-centered care and advancements in healthcare technology. Students will use national safety resources, data, and evidence-based research to analyze safety resources and policies to promote a culture of safety & equity in the workplace. This course will provide knowledge about the internal and external costs of delivering healthcare and cost reimbursements. Co-requisite: NONE
