Intro to Nursing Concepts

Catalog description

The course focuses on the fundamentals of nursing. The concepts of patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, teamwork and collaboration, quality improvement, safety and informatics are introduced. College and clinical laboratory experiences are planned to provide opportunities for the student to apply these concepts to situations within a healthcare environment.
