Catalog description

The student uses empirical, ethical, personal, and aesthetic patterns of knowing to provide care for the older adult. Communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills are used in a problem-solving model. Clinical laboratory and reflection times are provided to assist the student in the transition to the graduate role. This is facilitated by providing opportunities for planning and managing care in conjunction with health team members.
