This course is designed to assist the international nurse in making the transition to delivering accurate, appropriate medication therapy in this hemisphere. Topics covered include cultural issues, critical thinking skills, patient teaching, communication skills, legal and ethical issues, as well as empiric knowledge related to pharmacology and medication administration.
