Pathopharm for Paramedic/ADN

Catalog description

Open to paramedics who have been admitted to the Paramedic/ADN program only. This course familiarizes the student with the pharmacological classifications of medications. The student will also employ critical thinking skills to blend normal physiology to pathophysiologic concepts. An emphasis is placed on empirical patterns of knowing to correlate pharmacological and pathophysiologic principles with the promotion of health through nursing.
