Recording studio operation offers a complete overview of both working in and running a commercial recording studio. A focus on entry level assisting & workflow gives the student a foundation from which to build a career. Studios have many protocols to ensure project completion, equipment inventory and project archiving. Rates, common paperwork, day-to-day operation and tax implications are examined through lecture and textbook readings.
