Catalog description

A continuation of MUS 242 this course will address the aural recognition and cognition of chromatic and modulatory two phrase tonal melodies in bass, treble and alto clefs, and non-diatonic melodies. The material includes all triads and seventh chords including Neapolitan and augmented sixth chords with primary and secondary functions. Singing diatonic and non-diatonic melodies using solfege.
