Introduction to audio recording techniques including the principles of sound and hearing, microphone theory, audio consoles, signal flow, signal processors, studio acoustics and modern multi-track recording, mixing and mastering. Also included are an introduction to the DAW (digital audio workstation) Pro Tools. Co-requisite: CRT 105 with a 'C' or better
