Catalog description

Emphasizes basic mathematics for the computer programming student. Students explore the real number system, algebra, binary, octal and hexadecimal number systems, introductions to matrices, set theory and computer logic together with an overview of Boolean algebra, logic circuits, and an introduction to Statistics.
