Catalog description
Organizational Behavior is the study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and of the organization itself. The course prepares the student to understand individual differences in terms of personality, motivation, stress, and decision making. The use and management of teams, conflict, leadership and communication are also addressed; lastly organizational issues in terms of design of the structure, company culture, and managing change within the organization are reviewed.
