Catalog description

Students will learn about the history, governing bodies and terminology involved in developing building codes and their specific applications in commercial and residential interior environments. Topics such as fire protection and resistance, egress, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and interiors furnishings and finishes will be considered within the various building types and occupancy classifications.
