Catalog description

Provide practice in transcribing actual physician dictation including difficult-to-understand doctors and foreign accents, providing students with the foundation of experience necessary to work on various dictation complexities. These include all types of inpatient and emergency room medical records, including radiology, pathology, discharge summaries, operative notes emergency room reports, progress notes, physical therapy reports and cardiac catheterizations, EEGs and all other hospital-generated records.
