Examines and studies the factors influencing domestic and global credit markets. The role of the Federal Reserve Bank and International Central Banks, as well as Governmental fiscal policies are discussed to gain a better understanding of credit demands, interest rates and currency exchange rates. Domestic consumer, real estate and commercial lending policies and practices are studied in relation to domestic and international influences and from the perspective of the lender. Co-requisite: NONE
