Catalog description

A beginning study of human movement focusing on the application of both the biomechanical concepts and the physiological responses the human body has to chronic and acute exercise in varying forms. This course will prepare students, through both classroom lecture and lab experimentation, to understand, analyze, and refine fundamental movement patterns.
