Learn and practice the techniques of finding, gathering and researching, reporting, writing and editing various forms of news stories for print and electronic media using Associated Press style. Other topics include photojournalism, laws and ethics, as well as layout and design. A lab in which the student will cover assignments and prepare copy is required. (Communications elective).
