Requires students to develop training programs and exercises in emergency management and planning by utilizing FEMA / Homeland Security materials designed for that purpose. This course will provide the latest specifics of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and the National Standard Exercise Curriculum (NSEC) for students.
