Catalog description

An introductory course in electro-mechanical drafting that covers the principles and the development of application skills. Includes drawing techniques, engineering lettering, geometric construction, multiview projection and basic dimensioning. Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) is employed to develop basic electrical/electronic drawing techniques covering schematics, schematic symbols printed circuit board artwork, layout drawings, block diagrams, logic diagrams, ladder drawings and wiring diagrams.
