Catalog description

Concentrates on the physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains of development of children from birth to three years of age. Examines designs for safe yet nurturing environments and provides information concerning the construction of developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers. Three hours per week of observation and participation in the child care laboratory are required, one hour of which will be recitation in class. Clear background check required. Co-requisite: NONE
