Catalog description

Integrates early childhood education, the home and the community. Investigates parenting philosophies, techniques, materials and methods used in working with parents. Studies home training techniques, community action strategies and parent education model programs. Opportunities to role play and problem solve during class are provided. ODHS Prevention of Child Abuse training included and scheduled one Saturday during the semester. Co-requisite: NONE
