Offers effective strategies for helping young children discover science and mathematics. Students share selection, preparation, presentation and evaluation of math and science materials and their uses in classroom lab experiences. Includes basic knowledge and skills concerning computers, evaluation of children's software and their appropriate use with children. Laboratory experiences included in class sessions.
